Returns policy

Kovi Appliance has a customer friendly 30-Days Returns Policy.
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with products they receive, within 30 days of the shipment date they may return the product(s) back to Kovi Appliance following the Returns Procedure described below.
Returns Procedure
1-Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
All returns must have an RA number for processing. E-mail to Kovi Appliance at support@kovi.ca and explain your reason for return and provide your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. RA's are only valid for thirty (30) days from the date of original product shipment to the customer. Kovi Appliance may require further information to authorize a return.
2-Obtain your prepaid return label:
Once your return is authorized Kovi Appliance will provide you with a prepaid return label (either by e-mail or post) together with the RA number.
3-Repack the merchandise in original packaging:
Enclose everything originally received, including all components, manuals, and registration cards. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. Kovi Appliance is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
4-Label and ship:
Place the return label on the box and drop your item in any Canada Post Mailbox or Canada Post office.

Authorized Returns:
An authorized return is defined as any package returned to Kovi Appliances with the proper return authorization code on the shipping label. If a return is requested and authorized because: product(s) was received damaged or, customer received a wrong product as a result of a mistake done by us Kovi Appliance will provide full refund including the return shipment costs upon receipt of the returned item(s) that are sent following the steps of the Returns Procedure defined above within the specified timeline*.
For all other returns that are sent following the steps of the Returns Procedure within the specified timeline, full refund less $9.99 return shipment charge will be issued to customer upon receipt*.
*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Kovi Appliance has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in a condition other than described on the Return Authorization.
Unauthorized Returns:
An unauthorized return is defined as any package returned to Kovi Appliance without the proper return authorization code on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns may include any package refused by the customer during a delivery attempt. Unauthorized returns received by Kovi Appliance may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. In this case, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to the sender. This cost will be passed along to the customer either in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer or a charge to the credit card if refund has already been issued. Any credits issued may be delayed.
